We bought our wedding rings

We went this morning to the French Market with my sister to get our wedding rings :) The first rings we put on are the rings we got! LOL

No they don't match, but they fit! Everyone I tried on after the ring that fit was too tight to get on or was too tight after I put it on. Brian was the same way. lol We paid $65 for both rings. I figure we saved about $60, because the rings I was looking at in Zales the Men's were around $55 and Women's were around $70 or higher and that was clearance prices!

Then we walked thru the rest of the French Market looking around and I found my earrings! Handmade Freshwater Pearl earrings. The lady let me half them for $8!

So now all I need to get is my shoes, purse and undies! I need something to pull my stomach in. I weighed myself and I am back to 147 :( I stopped eating bread and a lot of other stuff I love to loose weight and I'm GAINING! Snacks are 100 Calorie snacks!

Brian needs his shoes and shirt. I'm hoping his pants fit. He's at 204 now.

So far this wedding has cost (without the license and JOP payment):
$40 dress
$22 flowers (still need to get a few of what they were out of)
$65 rings
$8 earrings
$13 hair pins

$148 Total Paid out so far

I'm guessing by the time we are done, we will be at about $400 and that's not bad at all!

My Garden 5 weeks later!

We planted this garden 3/21/09 and 5 weeks later they are producing veggies and fruit!
I can't wait to pick my tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers!

It gives you a huge sense of pride to accomplish something like this. This is my first time EVER having a garden, I'm very happy that it survived and is producing so much.
